Cecil Dye Foundation was created to honor a local Man who had touched many lives. After being diagnosed with Cancer, it was realized the financial struggle of daily living expenses while insurance may pay for medical bill, insurance doesn't keep the heat on in the winter. The Cecil Dye Foundation was then formed to assist others with daily living expenses who otherwise have no means to provide for themselves while under going treatment.
